This course explores French culture through one of its most important and beloved facets: food! We will mix theory and practice as we alternate between typical online learning sessions one week and cooking together the next, with possible visits from various members of Seattle's French cuisine scene.
It is recommended that students who register for this class already have a solid base of culinary skills. For group cooking sessions, food prep will need to be done ahead of time.
