Note: This is a self-study course recommended for reviewing the notions acquired during the A1 level. The activities consist of modules created by Frello, a French as a foreign language startup based in France, to be completed individually on the Alliance Française de Seattle's e-learning platform Apolearn. The activities include grammar, vocabulary, phonetics, oral comprehension, and written comprehension exercises. Learners are recommended to follow a pace of 2-3 hours weekly over 10 weeks, but they can finish the modules faster or slower--the platform will be open for a total of 12 weeks, until December 31, 2021. The modules are self-correcting, and they should be completed in order. Please note that there will be no interaction with a tutor during this course.

• The course will open on Friday, October 8 and will close on Friday, December 31.
• Prerequisite: A1.3 course or A2.1 result at placement test. New students and students returning after more than three quarters are recommended to take a short online placement test https://www.afseattle.org/placement-tests/
