Welcome to AFSeattle's brand new French Cooking Club, where amateur cooks and professionals alike can discover exciting French cuisine
together! Join us for lunch every Friday as we explore French cuisine from the comfort of our own kitchens. The French Cooking Club is
animated by our French instructor Preston Albertine.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Each week, we propose a recipe in French to explore together (complete with list of ingredients and kitchenware needed)
Participants who want to join must RSVP to each event to receive the Zoom link and a reminder the day before.
Registration is free for AF members and $10 for non-members.
These workshops take place in French/English and are open to all, starting at the A2 level.
Every participant does the grocery shopping before 11am on Friday.
On Fridays at 11am participants can join the online Zoom meeting.
At the beginning of the session, we discuss the recipe, cover any difficult vocabulary, and watch a video of the preparation.
And then, en cuisine! Everyone cooks together while having fun discussing in a relaxed atmosphere!
Each event will last about 90min, depending on the recipe of the week.
This community program is free for AFSeattle members.
Non-member price: $10.
Donations are welcome.
