One Film One Federation (OFOF) is the annual Federation of Alliance Françaises USA film program offering contemporary French-language cinema as an important tool for learning French and understanding Francophone culture. The Federation of AF USA curates from newly released francophone feature films for the One Film One Federation selection.

14-year-old Houlaye lives in Tatiste, Niger, and travels dozens of kilometers every day to fetch water. The village got together to obtain the construction of a well. This is the promise of a new life for these men and women who, unknowingly, have been walking on water since birth.
