		"post_content_short": "The Alliance Française de Seattle is hiring French-speaking counselors for our French Summer day camps (ages 6–12). These camps focus on\n\tlanguage exposure through games, creativity, and community. We are looking for energetic, reliable team members who enjoy working with\n\tchildren.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\t<strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;<\/strong>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Supervise a group of 4 to 10 campers, while ensuring their safety and well-being<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tTeach and lead activities for beginner and intermediate French learners (including short lessons, games, arts and crafts, and other camp\n\t\tactivities) using materials prepared by our educational team. Counselors will be expected&nbsp;to adapt activities as needed to enhance the\n\t\tcampers’ experience. &nbsp;\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>Act as a role model for campers, promoting good behavior and positive attitudes.<\/li>\n\t<li>Ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times.<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tMaintain high energy&nbsp;levels, enthusiasm, and engagement every day at camp. Learn,&nbsp;participate, and lead by example in all\n\t\tactivities.\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tSupervise and mentor campers, providing guidance and support as needed. Listen to campers and encourage them to share their thoughts,\n\t\tfeelings, and ideas when&nbsp;appropriate.\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>Communicate with parents and guardians as needed.<\/li>\n\t<li>Oversee up to two volunteers who will support their camp.<\/li>\n\t<li>Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.<\/li>\n\t<li>Organize materials, set up the classrooms, and clean&nbsp;up after each day.<\/li>\n\t<li>Perform first aid or take care of injuries as needed.
