Joan Harkins of French Cider, Inc. will introduce you to the bubbly world of French Cider through tasting four premium French ciders that range from Brut (dry) to Demi-Sec (off-dry) to Doux (sweet-ish).
Joan is French Cider Inc.’s founder and CCE (Chief Cider Enthusiast) who will explore cider’s rich history, the regions it comes from, how it is made and how it differs from domestic cider. She’ll also share information on the cider producers she works with. You will leave this Zoom tasting with a new appreciation for French Cider - just in time for spring which is the perfect time to enjoy French ciders!

Please chill your ciders at least 4 hours before the event and have a white wine glass handy for tasting!
The tasting kits will be available starting Friday, March 25 by pick up only at The Barrel Thief Wine & Whiskey Bar located in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood.
Tasting kits may be picked up during business hours at The Barrel Thief Wine & Whiskey Bar in the Fremont neighborhood, 3417 Evanston Ave. N. The Barrel Thief is open Sunday 9 to 4pm, Tuesday through Thursday 5 to 10pm, Friday & Saturday 5pm to midnight.
