SUM23 - Teen Refresher Course: A1 Beginner
This 5-week A1 teen review virtual class is designed to help beginner students reinforce and improve their existing French language skills. Throughout the course, students will have the opportunity to practice speaking, listening, reading, and writing in French. The class will be conducted primarily in French, providing students with an immersive language learning experience.
The curriculum for the class will be structured around a variety of themes such as food, travel, and hobbies. Students will review vocabulary, pronunciation, and grammar concepts at their current level through engaging media, conversation, and writing activities to reinforce their understanding.
This course is ideal for students who have previously taken French classes through AFSeattle or through other programs, and are looking to maintain or strengthen their understanding of the language before enrolling in Fall classes.
All materials will be provided by the instructor and made available on our eLearning platform, Apolearn.
Prerequisite: 1-3 years of French A1 at AFSeattle. New students may join after taking the Teens A1 placement test (here), then talking to our Admissions Coordinator (book here).
Pace: Regular, 5 weeks, 1h30 twice per week, total of 15h

Pace: Intensive, 2 weeks, total of 20h
