Comics for Climate (FR/EN Workshop)

Join us for a bilingual workshop with Sylvie Joseph-Julien, founder of Sjj Agency and co-founder of the French-Belgian Comic Arts festival Les Troubadours de la BD. Sylvie is a true modern-day “Renaissance woman” building educational and artistic bridges between cultures, languages, and generations. 

To accompany this workshop, Sjj agency will bring a selection of works from the exhibit Comics 4 Climate, a dynamic showcase where students, artists, and climate advocates unite to explore the power of comics as catalysts for change. This exhibition celebrates the art of storytelling while raising awareness about the urgent challenges facing our planet. Through panels, drawings, and imaginative narratives, discover how comics can spark dialogue, mobilize communities, and inspire collective action toward a more sustainable future.
