Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 10 (ten) calendar days before the test date are refundable, minus a $100
administrative fee.
Cancellations made within 10 (ten) calendar days of the exam are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Once
payment has been received and registration has been confirmed, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued
for cancellations within this 10-day period. Candidates who cannot attend must submit a new registration for a future session.
In exceptional cases of documented medical emergencies, rescheduling may be considered at the sole
discretion of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris Île-de-France,
which oversees the TEF. A $50 rescheduling fee will apply if the request is approved. Approval from
the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris Île-de-France is not guaranteed.
