Sophrology (French Mindfulness) is a self-development practice based on simple relaxation, controlled breathing, gentle movement, meditation and visualisation exercises to help you balance mind and body and feel empowered in the modern world. Sophrology can help you deal with stress-management, anxiety, problems sleeping, letting go of negativity and mastering your mindset, increase feelings of well-being, boost creativity, improve self-confidence and self-esteem.

Dr Alfonso Caycedo, who was inspired by Western practices and yoga. It is very popular in France and Switzerland, where it is
even used alongside more traditional medical treatment and reimbursed by health insurances. It is practiced in schools, hospitals,
associations and corporate environments.
YOLANDE THIÉBAUT is a French Sophrologist, RNCP Certified from the ”Institut de Formation à la Sophrologie” of Paris. After twelve years in Marketing, she decided to make a career change in 2017 and bring a bit of wellness to others by becoming a sophrologist. Beyond sophrology, she enjoys yoga, swimming, paddling, and socializing around a nice meal.
