With the expert guiding of Laurence Boris, Founder of Pâtisserie Mon Amour, you will explore French baking foundations, key vocabulary in French, and the history of the Pavlova. On a mission to share her passion of pastry, Laurence will bring her experience from Ateliers des Sens and Ferrandi School of Culinary Arts in Paris to this class.
