New! Full Immersion Programs

Welcome to our brand-new Full-Immersion Programs!

We are thrilled to open these new programs on-site at our newly renovated space at the Good Shepherd Center! Designed for French learners of all ages, our Full-Immersion Programs invite you to move, play, create, and connect entirely in French - from Pilates sessions and immersive mornings of conversation and culture for teens and adults, to full-day discovery programs for young children ages 4–6. Set against the backdrop of our beautiful 6-acre park, brand-new classrooms, and welcoming community spaces, these programs turn language learning into a lived experience, blending movement, exploration, and authentic connection with fellow Francophiles and French speakers of all levels.

Fall26 - Pilates in French - All levels

Full Immersion

This Mat Pilates course is designed to help you build strength, improve posture, and move with greater confidence. Taught entirely in French, these classes are suitable for all levels and require no previous Pilates experience. There are 13 class sessions in total, sold in packages of 3 or 4 classes. Repetition and purchasing multiple packages is encouraged!

Each session focuses on developing core strength, stability, flexibility, and body awareness through controlled, low-impact movements that can be adapted to meet individual needs. Whether you are new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, each session offers options and progressions that allow you to work at your own level.

Practicing Pilates in French creates an immersive learning experience where movement and language naturally reinforce one another. As you build strength, balance, and body awareness, you'll also become more comfortable understanding and using French vocabulary related to movement and the body in a relaxed, supportive setting.

The class is open to all levels of French starting at A1+. Open to all levels of Pilates. Participants must be 18 years or older and bring their own yoga mat.
